Client / Partner: Innovation Works
Focus: Social enterprise founders, entrepreneurship
Objective: Support Innovation Works’ mission by highlighting five founders. This project, 44 videos in total, was designed to show the impact Innovation Works has made on these founders, and the impact those founders have made in their own communities. The campaign had to align with Innovation Works’ mission and be presentable to key stakeholders as proof of impact through transparency.
Approach: We led the ideation, framing these entrepreneurs as “Heroes of Baltimore.” We told their individual stories while inviting everyone watching to be heroes in their own everyday lives, since Baltimore’s renaissance doesn’t rest on five people, it takes all of us. We also highlighted each founder’s differences by filming strategically across different locations.
Execution:
Results: The internal team was pleased with the outcome, and project success was measured by deliverables rather than by engagement projections.
Client / Partner: Charm City Buyers
Focus: Real Estate, Community Development
Objective: Capture the groundbreaking of Eager Park Landing, a new development in East Baltimore, and show the unity and community impact behind it.
Approach: We covered the press event to spotlight both the announcement and the community it will affect, keeping the story rooted in people rather than just the construction milestone.
Execution:
Results: Delivered on time for press and stakeholder distribution.
Client / Partner: Downtown Partnership of Baltimore
Focus: Business, Revitalization
Objective: Capture one of Baltimore’s biggest networking events of the year. With over 600 attendees, the goal was to showcase the energy of the event while telling the story of DPOB’s role in downtown’s revitalization.
Approach: We shot the event from five camera angles with professional audio, giving a wide range of sound bites to build a cohesive story in minutes. We wove in footage shot for this client over the past year and delivered multiple platform-optimized cuts, all pointing back to the full version on YouTube.
Execution:
Results: Positive community response and engagement, with the project succeeding on both deliverables and timeline.
Focus: Education
Objective: Capture five videos showcasing the school in a way that accurately communicates its impact and importance.
Approach: We highlighted each school section, lower, middle, and high, giving every grade band its own video to spotlight the education happening there.
Execution:
Results: Positive community response and increased engagement on the school’s website.

Client / Partner: Techstars AI Health Baltimore
Focus: AI Tech Founders, Entrepreneurship, Healthcare
Objective: Introduce the founders to the public ahead of demo day. These startups are focused on AI in healthcare and building innovative solutions.
Approach: With such a wide variety of companies and backgrounds, we highlighted each founder’s differences using a mix of wide, medium, and tight shots to increase visual variety and spotlight every founder in a unique way.
Execution:
Results: Project success was measured by meeting both delivery and timeline. The first shoot was a success in June, we were rehired for the December 2025 demo day, and this is now the third event we’ve covered for Techstars.
Client / Partner: Downtown Partnership of Baltimore
Focus: Community-Centered Storytelling
Objective: Tell a nuanced, human-centered story behind the scenes of CIAA. Baltimore’s squeegee youth are employed by the Downtown Partnership of Baltimore through the Mayor’s Office of African American Male Engagement during this time of year, and we wanted to change the narrative around these youth.
Approach: We wanted to show the human side of young men most people only see as a statistic. To keep the story grounded, we used real data and tied it into the CIAA basketball tournament.
Execution:
Results: Official selection, Baltimore International Black Film Festival. Footage used during Downtown Partnership of Baltimore’s programming.
Client / Partner: PROFITADVISOR
Focus: Business Coaching, Testimonial
Objective: Produce a testimonial video during PROFITADVISOR’s annual business coaching conference, sharing real, personal experiences from partners.
Approach: We scouted locations and selected talent on-site, then secured interviews that captured genuine, relatable stories designed to make the decision to commit easier for potential partners.
Execution:
Results: We’ve produced testimonial-style videos for PROFITADVISOR for four years running.
